Bell Shaped Tenor
Salvaged 19th c Spanish Walnut

I was gifted the wood from a walnut chest built in Spain in the 19th century. The wood grain was just stunning, so I built this bell-shaped walnut tenor guitar modeled on the Washburn guitars from the 1920's. The fingerboard, tail graft, and inlay on the back are veneered with ivory salvaged off of an old piano.
