The back and sides of this tenor guitar are made from white oak salvaged from the 1910 Friendship Sloop BLACKJACK. The top is Sitka Spruce salvaged from a mast re-fit on a sailing yacht named ADVENTURESS. This is a collaborative project with Peacock Signage in Camden, Maine. She is a skilled boat and sign painter and did the custom painting and gold leafing.
